We work with third-party vendors and irrigation committee members to ensure water is turned on and off in a timely manner.

Associations have the flexibility to upgrade their plan at any time to better suit their evolving needs and preferences. Upgrading will require a new 12 month contract to be signed.
Can we cancel at any time?
All initial contracts are for 12 months and will automatically renew unless canceled. Cancellations require a 90 notice. During those 90 days, MGM will continue it’s normal services in addition to aiding with the transition.
Are add-on services charged for 12 months?
Yes, each additional service is billed over a 12-month period.
