If you have not completed the online ACC Form, please do so. If you prefer a physical copy of the PDF, you can visit our office or request a PDF be emailed to you.
MGM is a facilitator for the ACC process - the Board makes final decisions. Because most Boards are voluntary and meet once a month, ACC requests can take up to 30 days before receiving a decision.
Once the board has made a decision, MGM will notify you of the result. If your project is denied, MGM can assist you in making the necessary changes to re-submit your application to become more compliant with the Board's requirements.
