When you fill out the CC&R form, your message will be routed to right MGM representative.
MGM will acknowledge your message and proceed with more steps (if needed) to resolve your CC&R inquiry.
Some requests may require an HOA's board to make an executive decisions (because MGM doesn't have the authority). In those cases, you will be notified the matter has been raised to the board and you can expect a response once the board has finalized their decision.
