5/14/13 The landscaper will be installing flowers today in the common area. They have asked that parents help keep their children out of the planter beds to help insure the flowers do not get damaged.

2013 Annual Meeting follow-up:

The amount of homes not receiving their mail at the property (most likely to be rentals) is 39. This 33% of the total number of homes.
The liabilty insurance policy does cover an incident if someone slips and falls on the common area.
