Annual Meeting Follow Up
MGM researched the charges coded in the Pump Repair account on the budget vs actual report reviewed at the annual meeting. We found that these charges were all for the backflow testing of the city water sprinkler system in the common area. These tests are required by the city. In 2011 the test fail and there were repairs and retesting that occured. 2012's tests passed. All of these items were miscoded to pump repair. MGM apologies for this and has corrected the error by moving the charges to the Common Area Repair account shown a few lines above on the budget v actual account.
